A newly licensed builder, Timber Home Specialist, specializing in timber framed homes were awarded the Bankwest Master Builders WA 2022 Housing Excellence Award for Best Contract Home (between $320,000 - $370,000) for the very first home handed over under their license.

Licensed just under 2 years when they won, they are a boutique builder based in Mandurah building 2 - 3 homes per year due to the specialist nature of timber-frame work and personal 1:1 service provided to their clients. Their main point of difference is that they are the Builder but also the main trade building your actual home, they’re personal, hands-on and right there with their clients through the whole process.
